Mind Builders
was developed to supplement education with exciting hands-on learning.
By allowing our mighty mind builders to explore S.T.E.M. subjects in
ways that are different from other learning environments, we engage
their learning in ways that traditional schools can't always
provide. All lessons are developed to match national and state
educational standards.
What is S.T.E.M. education and why is it important?
S.T.E.M. Education is
specializing in areas of science, technology, engineering and
mathematics, in a way to prepare students for the work force and
higher-level learning.
S.T.E.M. education removes the boundaries between the four
subjects by seamlessly combining the four subjects into one area of
teaching and learning. The engineering allows the students to work on
the steps and design of a problem instead of simply finding solutions. This process encourages
students to explore math, technologies and science in the familiar way
they learn while helping them to develop the critical thinking skills
that are needed to survive in our global world.
